RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Eve Not When. As our pieces are produced in limited quantities, we kindly encourage all customers to review product details, measurements, and policies carefully before placing an order.
FINAL SALE POLICY
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, personal preference, or slight colour differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen display.
STRICTLY NO CASH REFUNDS
We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
• The item received is defective or damaged, or
• The wrong item was sent
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photo and video proof.
Requests submitted after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for an exchange, items must be:
• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Free from stains, odours, or any signs of wear
• Returned in original packaging
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
To request an exchange:
- Email us at evenotwhen@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
- Include your order number and reason for the request.
- Wait for approval and return instructions from our team.
- Ship the item using a trackable courier service.
- Share your return tracking number with us.
Once received and inspected, we will process your approved exchange.
PRICE DIFFERENCE FOR EXCHANGES
• If the new item is higher in price, customers must pay the price difference before shipment.
• If the new item is lower in price, the difference will not be refunded or credited.
RESOLUTION OPTIONS
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:
• Replacement item (subject to availability), or
• Store credit equivalent to the purchase value
Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
All sale, promotional, discounted, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our side.
RIGHT TO REFUSE
Eve Not When reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange that does not comply with this policy.
